i do have one of the anatomically correct body mods for rimworld and almost always run a nudist colony, if that counts.

I tried with Skyrim a bunch of times but failed miserably, Fallout was pretty much the same, but I used to mod The Sims 4 all the time and it actually wonderfull.

sims 4 is the best for nsfw modding, there's so much and it's so easy.

yeah skyrim is there but you need to genuinely be a magician to make that shit work yourself unless you use a modpack. i've never tried it cause' i don't even have the disk space... one day.
