Just the one I was going to say. At this point though, I've given up on it ever being resumed.

I've been going through this one when I can; the quality started out pretty rough but seems to improve as I read; but I quite like the story. I kinda wish I knew more about the dev, like is this super weeb, or does the dev actually have experience with the setting?
I suspect the former, but it's a fun read anyways.
I picked it up knowing it won't have a satisfying ending, but I wanted to meet all the characters and I've not been disappointed.

But I think you might be misunderstanding what abandoned means
Most visual novels I have read are not yet finished.
We're effectively playing alphas or betas of these games. As they write and render, they add to their game and story until eventually they stop or complete the story.
And sadly it seems most games just, end abruptly rather than come to a pleasant conclusion.
Radiant is a great story, and the most recent version isn't super old; I suspect with how popular it is there will be more.

I just find other VNs to read while I wait; but I'm probably as new as you, none of the games I've started have had an update since I began reading them, with the sole exception of Grandma's House (which isn't for everyone)

There was a game called Bimbobilier that we getting interesting, the dev shut it down once he realised it wasn't getting on Steam. It's a shame that Gabe Newell is deciding my porn habits.

More than any other one, Our Island. The dev abruptly interrupted all their ongoing projects a while ago.

Hero's Harem Guild is a very different one that was technically never abandoned, but hasn't been updated in at least over a year. It was the right type of entertaining for me.
