Such a Sharp Pain is easily the biggest wish for me on the VN side, but on the 'general' note some folk mentioned above, a proper Ridge Racer update would be nice. I'm hoping at least the new Rave Racer 'revisit' comes to PC via GOG, that would be awesome, but not likely ATM. Also, though not abandoned, Ace Combat 3 with the FULL story would also be amazing on GOG (I will forever be salty Namco gimped the original PS game based on their assumption the west were too ignorant to appreciate it 'full flavor' >_>).

now that i think of it, i do remember being a bit sour that A.O.A Academy was abandoned. can't remember if it was good or not, but i did enjoy one or two of the LI's in that game

I remember Breeding Season being pretty good and was sad to see it get abandoned. I think one of the original devs has recently started a sequel called Breeding Season Estrus but it's early in development it seems.

Also agree with those who Mentioned Ecchi Sensai and Dire Desires.
I was also enjoying Money or Morals, Apocolypse and Early Love.. wanted to see them both develop more.

There are so many good ones with the dreaded tag!
For me, I was really getting into the slow burn romance of 'The Trio' - then it was pulled.
Money or Morals also felt like a real gem had been discarded.
Likewise, Corrupted Love! RIP.
These are the times we live in. *sigh*
I predict we'll see very few 3D smol AVNs being completed now. (Let alone new ones appearing)

way too many games, but the one that jumps to mind right now is the one where you are the office manager or something, and abuse your power to fuck some subordinates and even the daughter of one of them (that has a disabled husband or something). Not proud that I don't remember the name of that game. I used to love it and check every day for an update.

There’s another one I’m blanking on and can’t seem to find - it was with a super rich guy who gets a bj from his lesbian daughter before either of them realized they were related. The guy is also dating a woman and the daughter pretends to be sleepwalking to have sex with the guy…
