It's a bit niche but XStoryPlayer is one I wish would progress. Awesome physics. Not too many games you can ram a funnel down a throat and then pee in it, in VR if so inclined.
Not much in the way of story but the game engine is spot on. If only they progressed and allowed mods/custom models and stories it could be awesome

So many games I've enjoyed and when I think "I haven't seen an update one this one in a while" only for it to be abandoned. Many have been mentioned in here, but 1 that wasn't a great game but the models were nice I enjoyed was False Hero. It was also one of the first games I played so it was a better game in my eyes than it probably really was.

The team behind the community project are doing great work, but heard the chances of them improving on the models were pretty slim.
Even small things like fixing clothes clipping would really elevate an already great game.
