Forgot Apocalypse. I'd vote for that one, too

Yeah apocalypse had such a great set up. Towards the end the writing got much worse and then you had to jump around and play as a different MC many years later and completely fell off. It had so much potential

Currently the most important by far is Stormside. It's not officially abandoned, but the last update was in February 2024 and the last update from Atemsiel on Patreon was in December. Apparently even his online collaborators cannot contact him since early April. So it's not looking good for an AVN that is easily among the top 10 though it's still not very large.

The dev is still working on it last time I checked. They have 2 games which they work on in cycles and SP2 is one of them. Though they are slow to release updates, so your grandkids might be able to play the finished game.
