I think it's a little bit of a double edge. I want good devs to make money, but it always seems that as soons as the game starts booming, and the money starts flowing, the quality drops and the fan service starts

I think four elements trainer had one of the best runs. Got super popular and then only got better right to the end. Not sure what they're doing lately though, I don't think they have a new game after FET ended.

Do you count devs slowing down or letting their games die as worseened as well? Or are you only counting the ones still at work and ignoring minor flaws because the fans keep paying anyway?
Just asking for others, i dont keep track about the devs and i boycott/block patreon by default.

I don't know how much money they are making now, but maybe have a look at The Headmaster. I don't think that game has any problem with quality and development speed, and the developer update that has just been posted over on f-95 is transparent and promising. They are doing patreon polls, even via specials outside the main story line, so presumably they have a lot of patreons.

There are many decent devs but too many to count.

A good example would be Zetan who made Desert Stalker, I remember that game humbly started around 2019-2020. Now the game quality went beyond what it started and it's now available on Steam as well.

Caribdis started with Once in a Lifetime in 2019 and ever since then, they made a new game especially that nails humor, story and harem genre with Eternum.

DrPinkCake started with Acting Lessons in 2018 and started making an ambitious game in 2019, Being A DIK. Ever since then, the guy continues to cook and deliver even with a long development time.

There more good devs that continue to improve and deliver but this are just some examples.

That list is small in my opinion :(

Peasants Quest
Daily Lives of our countryside
The guy who works of StellarDream

Thats just who I can think of off hand

Hard to say what exactly you define as "a lot"
but i would say Caribdis dev of Eternum

Selebus probably from the big ones.
Selebus's quality and regularity have stayed constant (at least in my opinion), but I gather he got really pissed off at people downloading his game from sites like here or F*95 and spent a while adding DRM features to some of his stuff. YMMV on how much degree that counts as 'worsening'.

Moonbox has been astonishingly consistent. Regular updates every 2 weeks or so, and the quality doesn't seem to suffer (though, as with any large harem game, not everyone's favorite LI gets screentime every update) but even still. Caribdis is also pretty solid, though the updates to their newest game seem to be taking longer and longer. Can't argue with the quality though.

Desert Stalker is really a masterpiece, i guess it's one of the good ones, the quality keep on increasing update after update

Slowing down without a good motive is bad, but i guess the worst is losing quality and start to people please
