I think it was when I was 21 or 22. I'd done a lot of stuff up to the point of sex (only over the clothes) for a few years before, but I was also living in fairly rural and conservative places, so finding someone to be with was difficult for me (very anxious person and only making headway on it the past couple of years). Oh, but that was also before I knew I was trans/agender. Since figuring that out I've not been with another person who's agender. So...I guess on the technicalities I've still yet to have sex with someone of the same sex as me (bc of aspects of my transition, my biological sex is no longer definitive either, so I consider my gender and sex one in the same. i also generally believe sex and gender can be as entwined as completely synonymous if that's how your body/mind/system work)
