Understandable. Feet and hands are hard to do right, especially fingers and toes, and it can end up making the whole character look off. It is one of those things you can't really unsee, but also an area some devs put little effort on. Even in professional games, sometimes you look too closely at the feet and realize there are no toes.

Huh, I guess you could say I prefer the finer details in all the media that I consume.

There are days I realize the game I'm playing has no bathrooms. No bathrooms anywhere, not even off screen or in the background. It then becomes a reminder that I'm playing a game and keeps breaking immersion. All the devs had to do was add a closed door to a little section of the house, don't even need to render it or anything.
