Huge MMO fan so World of Warcraft then FF14.

I'm not sure if I have more total playtime in World of Warcraft or Hearts of Iron 4. For porn games almost definitely Free Cities, since I'll play that as a kind of idle game while watching shows.

Hearts of iron is really taking your time
but it is turn based so its easy to pause, not sure either for me if I actually played more there then say, civ 6
Definitely spent a lot of time on the mass effect series though

On-topic I think it's Pokemon Hentai Version because I've replayed it many times over years (huge shame it got abandoned). Since I don't have any stats to back that up though a game that does track time would be Princess & Conquest (a lot of content to get through, and a lot more time spent just enjoying said content).
If we include all games they're not even in the running and it goes to Ark. Out of games I actually have the statistics for at least. Something like one of the early Crash Bandicoot games or Tony Hawk Pro Skater 4 is probably the correct answer but I have no way to confirm it.

I have warframe and tf2 at like 350+ hours, if its porn games, I dont replay them much once I finished the main story or unlock everything

For non-adult games, personally, I’d say the Elder Scrolls series, where the average playtime is around 300 hours per title.

For adult games, it’s Aurelia, which takes about 10–15 hours.

When it comes to hentai games, hard to say, but probably one of these.

Meister series: be it alchemy, or castle meister. Such good games with good, though grindy New Game+.
Venus blood series, these games are long, with multiple paths. Played most of them.
Monster girl quest, played, and beaten multiple times.

When it comes to non hentai games...
Probably: crusader kings 2 (3 is up there, but not as much as 2), Stellaris, eu 4. Maybe civ V.
Also could potentially be an idle game, though that's cheating.

My most played game is Terraria, I have +1500 hours on vanilla Terraria and on Tmod I have +3000 hours, counting the hours I played it with the pirated version I must have +5000 hours of Terraria, it's an amazing game, but it's very difficult to get into, surely someone playing it for the first time will abandon it after the first 2 - 3 hours.

Counting porn games only... Renryuu Ascension, I have +100 hours, it's quite fun as an RPG and has a lot of things to do, highly recommended although there are a lot of people who hate it.

I also have like 1k hours on Terraria, such a great game :3 Makes me want to play it again <3

It's a difficult question. I probably haven't given up on Fallout 4 since 2015.

Used to be warframe with around 3000+ hours,
Then again, WOW been out so long its probably around 8700 hours.
Destiny series, about 4500 hours.

Imagine if I spent all that time learning to play the guitar... I could be El Mariachi. Soy un hombre muy honrado....
