What game have you played the most? I think mine was Hentai High School +

Regarding porn games, probably Kamidori Alchemy Meister, probably the most grindy game I ever played.

My most played game is Terraria, I have +1500 hours on vanilla Terraria and on Tmod I have +3000 hours, counting the hours I played it with the pirated version I must have +5000 hours of Terraria, it's an amazing game, but it's very difficult to get into, surely someone playing it for the first time will abandon it after the first 2 - 3 hours.

Counting porn games only... Renryuu Ascension, I have +100 hours, it's quite fun as an RPG and has a lot of things to do, highly recommended although there are a lot of people who hate it.

If we're talking porn games then my answer is probably the same even though we don't have a exact counter. Now if you're counting regular games then I spent an ungodly amount of time in civilization games...

Probably Tibia or Saint Seiya Awakening, was never big into playing only one game, the first was my first MMO and only that I managed to play for longer than a couple weeks, and the second was my first gacha and for a year I played every day so I could have a decent PvP performance as a FTP.

Porn game is probably some pointless grindfest that I didn't even like that much. The one that keeps coming to my head is Big Brother but that game isn't that long to be the case, even though it's very grindy

Porn game: not sure how to judge by hours but I would say My New Memories by Killer7, or Seath Blackheart Universe. Non porn: Empire Total War with 4732.1 hours on steam. That is thanks to Darthmod download. sucks that it doesn't work on win10 though

These were all years ago, but I spent a lot of time playing Roundscape Adorevia, Overwhored, and 'Harem' (an RPGM game that I think is abandoned now). I think Adorevia still gets updates, but idk if I wanna bother going back to it at this point lol

Straitened Times: It is a sandbox and I played so much that I don't remember if it was more than a month or less, since its sandbox was complex due to the events and the intimacy in uploading

Any game really with the tag "sandbox" will most often have way more playtime than any VN or KN. Astral Lust has a ton of playtime. Harem Hotel was also good. These are a couple classics. Straightened Times as the guy above me mentioned is also has a lot of game time. I think you can search the tag "sandbox"

Non porn? Sekiro, since I finished it 3 times to get the trophy, I also quit the game twice and restarted months later at Genichiro. Star dew Valley. Monster Hunter. Pokemon Emerald. Blood Born. Don't starve together. I'm really not sure TBH.
for porn games I'm guessing Masters of Raana since every time I play, I save scum "Harder than the last time." And if I wait a few updates I restart since the game changed so much, meaning save scumming again

Edit: It didn't come to mind when writing this initially, but the true answer got to be a mobile game. so grindy, so much time wasting, and so convenient since its always with me, and the game can almost always be closed if something comes up.

XCOM is a blast. A friend recommended it to me recently and I marathoned the second one. Fantastic games.

The amount of mod support the second game has is great, even just with the custom voice packs for soldiers.
Nothing like seeing a squad of X-rays pop up only to hear one of my guys call it in as "you've got ten seconds to beat it before I add you to the list of NSF casualties"
