discussion What was your First Games Console / Computer

My 'own' first console was the NES, but the first console I played was probably the Atari 2600, which my uncle had when I was young or the MSX a friend had, but that was later I guess.

Started with NES at 6 and GameBoy a few years later.
There was a small period of no gaming until my dad got a Windows pc, followed by my own at 17, which really kicked off my gaming addiction hobby.

I play my first console it was a nintendo famicom own by our neighbor. The guy let us kids play battle city and super mario bros. Skip after I got my first job bought a PC later then a PS3.

First console was Xbox One, and first proper gaming computer was a Digital Storm one. I forget the model but it was not a good one. Too under powered for most games.

My first console was an Atari 2600. Growing up poor, we couldn't really afford the hot new Nintendo or Sega console, but a second hand Atari? Fuck yeah, I played that thing night and day. We did eventually get an NES and then an SNES, but I'll always remember spending hours playing my Atari.

Atari 2600...... though I may have had something called I believe an Omni before that, but it did not have game cartridges but only four games and to change the game you flipped a switch or two.

Ahh, My first consoles were the N64 with Super Mario, Perfect dark, and imo the best game of that console Star Fox. I would then get a Gameboy Colour then upgrade to PS2.

i want to say it was the sega genesis but it could also have been the gameboy seeing that the nes that i played back then belonged to my grandmother. i also remember owning the hotwheels pc

My first computer was an Apple IIgs, and that thing was the bomb. My first official console was the NES, but I had an uncle with all of the Atari/Coleco/Pong systems, so I definitely started out with those.
