Then i got a Commodore Amiga 500 with the floppy disc slot on the side of the keyboard
Skipped a few then,,, and on to xbox and playsyation,, both the first versions.
1 ate discs, the other looked like a grey Brick that overheated and bend the lens, so i turned it over to play and run games which worked just fine. Yeah internet searches worked back then 2 lol

A computer that my friends and I had all chipped in and we got an IBM with 128k RAM when everyone else had 64k. We had a floppy disk game to go with it. I thought I was the first Ultima (Akalabeth back then) but my friends say I'm misremembering. We played that later, apparently. But they remember: "We did buy it for a game... but it wasn't Akalabeth". However, nobody remembers what it was...
