I'm sure it was like a dating sim on newgrounds a lifetime ago, but the first I remember in modern times was Summertime Saga. Always meant to go back and finish it but now there's the whole remake/rework/whatever they're calling it situation

I probably played a bunch of those low quality flash games online, but what truly turned me over to adult gaming was playing R18+ visual novels like Kawata Shoujo and Princess Evangile.
