My first game was Polarity, by the same guy who now makes Radiant. I like Polarity better even though Radiant has much better graphics

I don't remember the name, but if someone sees this and knows it it would be appreciated.
The main character was a boy that came back to his old town after many years and meet old and new friends in school.
One of the love interest was his childhood friend that was going deaf in one ear and tried to hide it from everyone.
That route was so cute and wholesome I never played any other, because they could only be worse or ruin the story for me, but I know there was a route with a loli shinigami.
