I won't refuse to play any without at least reading reviews or the synopsis at the top of the main post. But often it's Sandbox due to most having excessive grind. It's difficult for immersion when the same actions need to be repeated or waiting day(s) to trigger specific flags. If there was a tag for "Grind" it would be #1.

Rape is kinda tricky, as I see no place for it in these games. It is just morally fucked up. You can never now that will be implied by the rape tag.

At first it was definitely rape, scat, vore, pissing, humilation, necro and few others.

Unfortunately (or fortunately, depends on your view) - playing more games definitely broadens your horizon because you get bored of vanilla fetishes. Now after few years these tags are way lesser of a red flag to me than terrible english or noisy renders.

like few others said "No sexual content" when I see such games I wonder why they even are posted on adult games websites. One time I saw pokemon dating sim, and I was like ok cool. It turned out to be long , big , full of text , visual novel, with no nudity. Ok nice game but it is even here on website with well porn. By the way pokemon dating sim with good style and production value (aka Summertime saga yea) could be very good, pokemon over years build a amazing roster of girls for all tastes.
