Skyrim you can get pretty sexualized with mods, it kind of blows my mind that more have not been made for cyberpunk

Game engine differences. People hate on Bethesda's game engine, but they keep it because it's made to be modded.

There's probably something you could do with assembly line/Factorio/Satisfactory type games. Not quite sure what though, maybe something with weight gain or transformation fetish.

Take something like Elder Scrolls, or even better, BOTW/TOTK. A big, open world fantasy game. Lot of adventure and fighting monsters, questing, finding weapons, armor, and magic items.
Now add in a bunch of cute girls of all different types. Anything ranging from smols and women, to monster girls. All kinds of different options for different tastes. Just tick off every tickbox for everyone and just be the ultimate AO rated adventure game.
