RPGs would be well suited for lewd content. As a fellow lurker pointed out, skyrim has a decent amount of sex mods and it would be cool if other big open world RPGs had lewd content as well.

i think it would be fun if fighting games had lewd content - for example, imagine tearing off clothing from Cammy , and then "claiming your prize" after beating her in a fight.

We all have AAA favorites, bet many of us would love to see a well done 18+ game with some of our favorite tags in them. So far we got modding doing gods work in some of these games, namely Skyrim, The sims 3, etc. Also got some more ambitious 18+ games like the Illusion games, but Illusion is well pretty much dead. Is a shame that very few people jump into the porngames industry, probably because of people like us who pirate get it for free.

In my humble opinion, a game like Dragons Dogma2 or Helldivers could use some sexy makeover.

Theres Rimworld who actually has an implementation of pregnancy and romance although the graphics in rimworld are not really erotic, the can be a mod to improve them like an AI portrait or a erotic mod called Rimjobworld that expands on the sexy stuff, but again, is not visually appealing per see
