I dropped A Wife and Mother and Jessica O'Niel Hard News. I felt they were blueball specials. AWAM may be one of the worst games I've ever played, that is supposed to about incest and corruption and nothing happens.

Agreed. Not just adult games - ALL games. Worse than 1982 Atari 2600 ET. And I have played both.

I get the dislike for honey select games, but there have been a couple exceptions to that rule .. Now & Then being the best example of the quality of the rest of the game helping me overlook the art style I usually do not like.

Outside of fetishes and art, probably nonsensical actions by characters. This is especially the case for parodies, where being somewhat true to cannon seems essential.

dream sequence is least favorite and is always used for cheap story build up or used in a way to scare the reader of maybe something bad happening to the main Love interest ,like for example a wholesome game with some drama nothing heavy but dev adds a dream where the mc thinks the Li is cheating or the mc imagine a H scene with Li but wakes up and blue balls you for the next 8 updates, so the story with the Li never went anywhere, and then adding more side characters.

Art that doesn't grab me is a big turnoff. Poor writing, or more accurately writing that is uncomfortable to read will make me peace out quickly.
