For me it would have been cyberpunk 2077, the world building even depicts lewd and erotic use of marketing as a "feature" but the reality of the game is pretty tame after character creation. outfits and such are just very tame in vanilla even visiting areas that should be very lewd and sexual are just very lame feeling. Sometimes the world feels like they removed some of the lewdness either to meet ratings or due to possible controversy. What other games have this feeling of lack that sense of lewd or you would to see lewdified?

Yes the depravity was too toned down. There are mods to deal with that but I still feel like it is lacking.

Baldurs Gate 3 need to be more lewd and that needs to be as expansive as the rest of the game

Cyberpunk 2077 - already pushing what's acceptable in mainstream game but could have easily opened up more NSFW options. Soooo easily. Distopian corporate run future + the well known and established fact "Sex Sells" = a MUCH more permissive game could have been released.

Fallout 4 - post apocalyptic societies, both in the Vaults & on the surface, could easily have re-established themselves with a more accepting society of people's differences. All you need is the founder of which ever tribe to be interested in a harem and odds are the rest of the tribe / community eventually falls in line. Or polygamy (both polygyny & polyandry), an acceptance of intercourse at a younger age, or virtually any other interest / kink that a community would accept.

Need for Speed Franchise - you can't expect me to believe that the racers can't get virtually any partner that they want in any of these games & the dev could easily have brought some of that NSFW into the game.

Skyrim and Fallout 4, for sure. But I would also change the story for both of them so that the main character weren't the most important person in the world. Slap in some bath houses like in Kingdom Come Deliverance, and especially for Fallout 4 add the ability in base building to make bases into harems, bath houses or brothels depending on what relationship you want to have with your settlers. Anyway, i would make speech/charisma more important as it lets you seduce people to join you.

I would also love to make a lewd Persona 4 or 5 game. You telling me that during the most hormonal and horny time of our lives, no one in these little polycules would try to smash?

Baldur's Gate 3 was already pretty well done in the lewd department, but I want even more. My maxed out charisma Bardlock would try to breed anything with a wet hole if I could design it my way. The epilogue would be epic - so many babies to help the world repopulate after mother brain.

Stardew Valley would also be on my 'to lewd' list. Though I'd try to change it to a 3d game instead of 2d pixel, and there would be a lot of 'animal husbandry' potential.
Become the village slut and be the rumored father of half the kids in the valley, or the home wrecker that cucks every wife in town with their husbands - or be a predator lesbian that turns all housewives gay. Get married and introduce your spouse to the joys of 'playing' with horses, dogs, cattle and whatever else you have on the farm. Grown psychedelics and host orgies with the towns folk that like you. Use the witch's magic to make the whole town forget all about your depravity and start the cycle all over again.

Everyone in this thread mentioning Cyberpunk just reminded me of how the game lets you edit your junk in character creation but then still forces underwear on your character model whenever you take off your clothes in-game, it's pretty stupid.

Think I'm going to have to go with that as well for mine, it's a setting that's clearly highly sexualised but then nothing in the game is really allowed to go more than basic teasing like the ads you see everywhere about street whore reality shows and ads for sex services then a couple of basic sex scenes.
