The Naked Gun movies are all great as well as Mel Brooks movies.

Blazing Saddles has already been mentioned. But also Galaxy Quest -- perhaps the best Star Trek movie ever.

Spaceballs is #1 although robin hood men in tights is pretty awesome. Basically anything by Mel brooks or Monty Python.

Honorable mention to Rebel Moon because you cannot possibly tell me that a full hour of slow-mo wheat harvesting scenes was filmed unironically.
