What is the name of this game?

[nightLife69]

Does anyone know the game where there was a guy that had a headache or had a tumor in his head and he went to the laundry room and was speaking to his landlady. I forgot the name of it and can't find it for the life of me.

Thanks for asking about this game. I have tried more than 400 (I know because I have a one-line note about each game I tried), but completely missed this gem.
