You should still be on time - as of now; discord should stil completely remove any trace / log of your account after the 90/180 day legal grace period is over.. There's EU regulation on the way that might change this though; but as I said.. if you deleted recently, you will have been on time; presumably.

Mee6 banned him a couple of days ago for breaking their ToS. They probably also reported him to discord and he got the server nuked because of that. My advice to you all is if you're on other servers with petite content, it's probably better to leave them now.
Also subscribestar seems to be gone as well.

I told him in Discord and here in the SSP thread that it was a bad idea to put SSP/EGBE links on his front project's SS page. Not sure if that's what got him nuked but I wouldn't doubt it. Should just come back here or self-host his own page and put links there.

I think what got him banned was the MEE6 thing. He was using that as a payment method and they don't even allow it to be used for adult content, let alone a game with lolis. He got banned from that a few days ago and today his server got nuked as well. MEE6 have on their ToS that if they find that your server is breaking discord's rules, they will report you to discord.

Not really. 3 years ago it was down for 2-3 days every 2 weeks while host hopping before the lolis were put in juvenile detention (a separate non-public section, now called Games+ but it was first called the Sinner's section). Perma nuked = that will only happen if either Heisenburg gets tired of dealing with it or he's somehow arrested for it (A long shot, Free Speech laws would have to be changed first and anything involving SCOTUS takes time (like a decade, at least).
