I assume that every game is abandoned and finished after every update, considering that it is standard for devs to take 6-12 months to do a handful of renders.

Proud Father, but I hold hope for Seath to make a proper ending. Stolen Destiny, but I doubt it as the last update from the dev was last year. Corruption Time for the art style, but it's done unless someone gains access to the assets and continues it.

2 of mine for abandoned are reluctant archon, and midlife crisis.

For completed it was Sorcerer (and honestly i am always sad when one of Talothrals games is completed.)

Dreaming of Dana. One of my first forays into AVN. I felt the ending was rushed and many features are still missing even though it's technically "completed".

Above the clouds. Good animations, models, and more importantly, the humor. Playing a game that makes me stop, rewind and reread something instead of just powering through is always a fresh feeling.

This was good, and it seems like it was coming close to a reasonable end, or at least to an interesting halfway point. I still have my save file in case it got resurrected by a miracle

After entering this post, I found many games that I didn't know were abandoned, so the list lengthens

Dreams of Desire, that game was incredible and really got me hooked on Adult VN's.

One game that shook me at the end was The Last Oasis Before Chastity, even though it wasn't the true ending, seeing the girls dying like that made me close the game and restart it to change all the choices I had made for a better one.

It was also abandoned for a short time. That was kind of a warning. Im waiting for the next update... the last one was a little short of content

Gates Motel, it's a great VN, it has amazing renderings, but it's been about a year without updates. Oopsy Daisy, Measure My Sperm and Midlife Crisis were also great.

Oopsy and measuring, why? they had nice animations, and designs. Maybe the plots were overused, but it can be turn around by the overall quality of the game.

Greener Pastures has a somewhat proper ending but it felt rushed which was too bad, like I expected to have to seduce the Succubus Queen, not just break into her office in one event and have her capitulate immediately. Lord King was a damn shame though, that was practically a non-ending but I get why the dev had to go deal with real life.
