What game universe would you like to be stuck in? Like in the movie Tron.

mainstream game would be either Eve Online or Neverwinter Nights, avn Ataegina is a good one or one of these forgotten paradise, the long way, or in for a penny.

If I'm a background character, I choose Stardew Valley (because technically that's what the "Farmer" is).

If I have abilities like the player character... The Elder Scrolls.

If I were the main character, then definitely the "Twisted World" universe by Snats.

Though if I were just a random person who existed in that world (or rather myself but in that world), then the "And I'm the bad guy" universe by DLGB would definitely be a nice haven

For me will be Final Fantasy 8 9 and 12. Sad that the latest Final Fantasy games are getting darker these days like 15 16

It would be real rough to be in a big action game and not be the hero. I would love something like Animal Crossing or Stardew Valley though

Do I get to go there as a protagonist? or me? Because even if I went into skyrim I would get my ass handed to me by a mudcrab.

Any of the Harvest Moon/Story of Seasons something chill and if you work hard enough you will have a nice life.

If I get to become the protagonist, then Skyrim is too good of a choice.

In Skyrim, I would use my knowledge to become as strong as a god, then I would do whatever, and whoever, I want.

If I don't get to become the protagonist, then I'd choose Animal Crossing or Pokémon. I'll leave the reason why up to your imaginations.

If I am the MC, then probably elden ring, skyrim, persona, BG3 or pokemon.
Gotta catch'em maidens.

My criteria for this to be answered perfectly are as follows:
1. There must be some method to "level up" via a variety of methods that involve in gain from some sort of experience points. And this must be substantial, if not limitless.
2. There must be a high thresh-hold for people to obtain these powers, thus making those that do have them exception by default. Not necessarily praised, but at least cautious around.
3. There must be a wealth of untapped land and areas to explore. Lands if sufficiently conquered and explored hold little value. Lost civilizations increase the value of the world.
4. There must be some form of "get out of jail free card", a revive mechanic. Just in case of "happy little accidents". This can be limited or have consequences, but the ability to escape death is enough. This can be done by some ability or starting at last saved checkpoint.
5. And lastly, Creativity must be fundamental. The ability to shape your surroundings, literally and figuratively, though your actions and words and pursuits. Not holding strictly to what is possible in some fragment of the games abilities, but to branch out and manipulate the very terms of reality itself.

The only true answer I have come to, in regards to what game I would have myself live in. That would be the game of Dungeons and Dragons, where creativity and imagination are powers without limits and reality and logic are simply "suggestions".
