Tags matter less than execution... I like real loli and grooming, but only if the MC has choice/control over the failure or success. Many games say they are loli, but clearly don't follow the stages of puberty most girls fall under. Games that try to skirt the line so they are allowed on funding sites automatically raise red flags because it's probably a compromise. If you want money, develop games for other platforms.
