Wow, can't believe no one mentioned goat, didn't see pork either. You won't find those 2 at fast food chains, but its super popular in home made tacos in a lot of places.

Pork carnitas or el pastore, fish, or, for breakfast: egg & cheese; bacon, egg & cheese; sausage, egg & cheese; egg & chorizo; refried bean & cheese. There's also brisket tacos, but they're beef, so not really in the mix for this quiz.

A hotdog is a sandwich, but not all sandwhiches are hotdogs. And for it to be a taco, you'd want to use a tortilla.
