First: is there still coffee in the pot? Cold coffee is better than no coffee
Second: checking multiple forums (including LC), VaM-Hub, new NSFW games
Third: Whatsapp and E-Mails; in the past, I checked the news, but I skip this mostly to keep my good mood
Actually I don't have any social media apps or similiars (yep, also no discord), I just check E-Mails in morning and before sleep, also on freetime on this forum
I'm woken up by the app ''Alarmy'' because you need to complete three super easy math tasks to disable it and I love it. Had a time where I was just sleeping through my alarms.
I also like Impulse which over time has gotten to be a first thing in the morning for me, doing my 3 tasks on it. It's like memory, logic and reaction tasks. Though I often skip it in favour of a quick look on Instagram which I can't deny. Apart from brushing my teeth there aren't many things I'm really disciplined about, regrettably.
I have the bad habit of listening to music before sleep which is beyond stupid. It's gotten better, I'm using the night mode on my pc that dims down my screen. My sleep has gotten less horrid but I still slip up. Right now I might be watching an episode of Gachiakuta before putting myself away. Not sure what it will be after that's finished. Maybe a run of slay the spire. Maybe coming here...
Mornings: None except alarm or if I have any missed calls or texts.
Evening: Nothing regularly, sometimes I read news or check insta for 15-30 mins if I'm not feeling tired when I go to bed.
when I wake up I usually open up brave, Pixiv, Yiffur, Discord, Steam and then Tiktok, not always in that order. And then at night I'll usually open up the same apps again to check for updates and then watch Tiktok until I'm ready to pass out.
