Voice not working. Shouldn't it be possible to turn on text-to-voice?

Why cannot I get text-to-voice work? Or are the APK games not compatible with Chromebook? Anyone have any ideas?

Is there a button you must hit to enable it in chromebook? In renpy games using windows when you bring them up. If you hit the V key on the keyboard a voice plays saying that self-voicing has been enabled.

I've hit the"V" but I just see the text of that comment..I think I'll just upload a F'n real computer. Chromebook is such garbage
