Overview:
Our main character leads a pretty ordinary life as a freelance photo editor —
most days are spent quietly working on his old laptop in the room he rents.
Then, one completely normal day, several unexpected events hit him all at once
and force him out of his comfortable routine and safe little world.
From that moment he has to navigate new relationships, balance freelance work
with personal life and friendships, support the people close to him, and figure out
who he really is when everything starts changing around him.
Some of those new connections will naturally grow deeper and more personal.

Hey everyone!
Wanted to give you a quick update on what I've been working on lately.
Last year I came back to my old solo project — Vivid Days. Some of you probably remember the very first version 0.1 that came out back in 2018. After that I worked together with the team on My Pleasure, and we gave it everything until it was finally complete. Now I'm happily returning to Vivid Days — but this time almost entirely on my own.
It's a pretty big challenge for me personally. I'm handling almost every part myself: writing, art direction, animations, music, UI, etc. Over the years I've accumulated a ton of scenes, ideas, character moments and music tracks — and now I'm finally putting them together into one cohesive story. I'm also creating brand new background music and animations to give the whole thing more life and atmosphere.
The public version is coming soon — I'm labeling it 0.2 to avoid any mix-up with the old release. This isn't really a continuation of the 2018 release; it's essentially a new game built from the ground up. Some familiar characters are returning, but a lot of new people are joining the cast too.
I'm genuinely excited to finally let you see where this has been heading all these years. The public build of 0.2 is getting close — I'll announce the exact release once everything is ready. It won't be long.
Thank you so much for being here through all the ups and downs. Your support really does make a huge difference, especially now that I'm doing this solo. Feel free to drop any thoughts, questions or just say hi in the comments — I read every single one.
Take care,
Loys.
P.S. You can also add Vivid Days to your Steam wishlist. The full game is set to release later this year -
