At least as of right now: No, no, and — possibly. I don't think you should consider this a real harem, though. In most cases, girls don't know about each other generally and when they do it's not exactly a very developed relationship with the MC. For instance, in the self-help group most of the time it's kind of tied more to the philosophy/cult stuff and not exactly to the MC per se, even though he's involved. (Some relationships have started, but only just so it's hard to say how it will turn out.) This certainly is not to the point where the MC has several girls and all of them know about each other or something. That could change as the game goes on, but we're not far enough along to warrant the tag.

I guess the dev is still working on endings for the Fetish Locator so the updates for this feel kinda slow. This game is just as great as FL, i just hope there will be more dating/romance type relationship with the trans content

Yeah, the name has changed. It's now called Taboo University. Trans will be shown in one of the groups for sure (the cult group), and you would at least be forced to see it. (You're not forced to have the MC have sex with her, though.) In the outcasts / fight club group, the MC will meet someone who's trans, but the MC doesn't see her nude nor does anything sexual with her yet. Obviously, we don't know if the MC eventually will or not.
