After creating his greatest invention, our protagonist finds himself entangled in an extraordinary situation that will test his mind, his heart, and even his survival. Trapped in a dangerous game of secrets, manipulations, and moral dilemmas, he must navigate through fragile alliances and lethal threats. Between one adventure and another, of course, there will be plenty of unconventional sex scenes.

It's worked this way so far, and there haven't been any problems since your new uploaders came up with new ideas.

Guess what's already in the OP; for this and any other game with the widget
Not working for some local regions, one of which happens to be yours =/= an issue with the widget, nor having it included in the first place being an issue

There isn't any issue needing a fix here, simple as that
Much like we are not going to take down mirrors from file hosts like Vikingfiles just because some people end up downloading malware from ads/redirects despite the warnings

So what happens next?
Are you going to quietly and secretly reject all the reports, or are you going to fix the problem before someone starts complaining loudly?

There is no secrecy around reports, the entirety of staff can see them at any point, all the way from Jr's (on game-thread reports) to Supreme Leader... the widget's presence is no novelty introduced by any one of us either. Be as loud as see fit, but volume doesn't change the outcome

You can always try a different approach: be the change you wish to see in the world - or don't, either is fine by me
