Hi, I'd like to upload a game. I've read through some threads including the pinned under Game Requests. I'd just like to clear up some confusions I'm having.
Do I need to first apply and become an uploader? If not, do I just make a thread under game requests in a draft of its completed format according to the prescribed template?

No you don't have to be an uploader to request a game. Just follow the referenced template as best you can and include as much of the information that you may have including good download links if they are available. (Copy and Pasting links from other locations etc.)

The games uploaded to the site should be adult in nature, do not upload games simply because they contain sex scenes or nudity (example: The Witcher). SFW (Safe for work) VNs are allowed however.
All games must have a full English translation, or be playable in case it's a no-story game.
Multiplayer or online games are not accepted.
Games with online features (update checks, leaderboard, etc) are allowed as long as they can be played offline. A note about it and instructions on how to block the internet connection must be added to the OP.
