I'll go with how the dev made it. It'd be great if some of my personal likes were almost alwats present, but most if not all the games I've played have had exactly what I enjoy. It's also fun to try out different generes. You never know what may change your mind.

Universal Incest patch would be great, I'm sick and tired of the whole "landlady and tenet" bullshit.

Universal pregnancy patch would be nice. Some devs simply don't do preg stuff at all(looking at you, DumbKoala). Fixing this little downside would be a god bless.
