So, I'll give some detailed info about this game, from what I can, after playing through the dev's recent "revision" with the most recent update.
The "grandmother" is now officially the MC's "mother's friend" before he is abducted, and is only given the "caring grandmother" personality when built as a sex doll, so there is officially no actual blood incest in the game whatsoever now (previously the grandmother and the MC had sex in the intro, so at least there was ONE scene with actual blood incest). Now - at best - there is "incest play" content, with the other human woman (and later the ship captain) both acting as the MC's "mothers" (and the MC calling immediately falling in line and calling them that), and the now just his mother's friend recreated as a sex doll treating herself as his grandmother (who has not had any sex content as the sex doll).
Other than that, the only thing that seems to have been changed in the "revision" is minor text changes, and seemingly the removal of a scene with Moolinda (the milk providing "cow" sexdoll that was brought on the ship) being connected to her milking machine, if I'm not mistaken. Seemingly the changes that were made were done to appease Steam, as far as I can tell.
As for the Futa, the dev has allowed players to *skip* any of the scenes with futa-on-male AND male-on-futa sexual content so far. But crucially, they have not made said scenes avoidable. All of the scenes happen as per the story, but the dev allows the players the opportunity to not see them. So far, this is three scenes, which include the MC "milking" her in their first encounter, the futa self-sucking and fatasizing about the MC fucking her pussy in a later scene, and finally the scene where the MC blows her, has sex with her, and then she takes him in the ass. You are only given one chance for that final scene, you either see all three acts, or none of them. It is also important to note that, even if you skip all of those scenes, you are still seeing Futa "clit" quite often once she enters the game. Every single time she is on screen, it is out there, twice as big as the MC's.
Another thing to note, is that while those three scenes are skippable, there is one scene including the Futa that is decidedly NOT skippable, which may be even more egregious for many players. After the MC initially refuses to partake in any sexual contact with the Futa, she ends up going after Moolinda (the aforementioned Cow), and ends up getting her to give her a blowjob. This is not skippable, nor is it avoidable, and is part of the reason why I truly believe that this game needs an NTR tag - which I will get back to later, as the scene coincides with another scene that also includes another case of what I would say is pretty clear NTR - now it is after this scene happens (and the MC is informed about the Futa going after Moolinda by his cat) that the MC confronts her about "not going after his girls", and she promises she won't do so as long as he "promises to keep her happy", which leads into the aforementioned scene which ends in her taking his ass. So while it is not 100% clear whether this game will definitively be going down the route of the MC being submissive to the Futa, it does seem to be that he will at least still have to continue having sex with her to avoid her cucking him. As the dev seems to be very evasive when people actually ask him any of these questions directly over on the other site, from my experience, and he often ends up going back on things he said previously anyway, I think it's hard to tell until it actually happens. He asks for "honest feedback" on all of his games, so I have provided him feedback telling him that he needs to be more upfront with his audience about these divisive tags, but whether he actually takes that to heart or not is anyone's guess.
Now going back to the topic of NTR. As I mentioned earlier, the futa character obviously seduces Moolinda into giving her a blowjob - and was attempting to have sex with her before the MC stepped in - who while not someone that the MC had actually begun anything with, was certainly very clearly a love interest by that point. And it's also quite clear that the futa was doing it very specifically to get the MC's attention and to make him jealous, so that he would be with *her*. But on top of this, there is another scene that happens concurrently with that blowjob scene, which occurs between the Captain of the ship (whom is the first character the MC has had actual sex with since being abducted), the pirate Layla (whom he had not yet started anything sexual with yet, but would afterwards), and Charlie, a "Dickosaur" aka a flying, sentient dildo, in which Charlie just full-on penetrates the Captain. So again, one of the MC's love interests, specifically the first one the MC has actually had sex with since coming here, one who he now calls his "mom", and she's getting fucked by a sentient dildo named Charlie. Personally, those two scenes definitely fit the definition of NTR. Now again, there's no indication, or way of knowing if that kind of content will continue going forward, because trying to get anything out of the dev is like pulling teeth. Presumably, Charlie is going to stay around, and even before that scene he was shown playing around with Layla when the MC came in to find her, although at least at that point the MC and Layla had not really started anything that would feel like becoming love interest yet, so it didn't feel so bad until he was included in the scene with the Captain. But with him being kept around, if he get's used any further, it will be sharing at best, or NTR at worst. And the same could end up being the case with the futa, if the dev decides that she's not getting enough from the MC so she starts going after his girls as well. But again, we have no way of knowing any of this because he's so impossible to get answers from, and seems to take enjoyment from people being frutsrated by it.
Anyways, I just thought I would leave this infodump here for anyone interested. I'll also note that the latest update to the game only actually added all of about 5 minutes to the end, with the first half of a scene with Moolinda stripping getting her pictures taken, and then stopped before anything good happened with it saying "the scene will continue in two weeks". I will be absolutely shocked if there's really another update in two weeks, but we'll see. Even if there is, I imagine it'll be all of 2 minutes long, at most.
P.S. For my personal addition, I know it was asked to be taken out of this thread to the off-topic, but I just felt like I would throw it on at the bottom here. I feel like throwing the gay tag on this game just would give the wrong impression to anyone actually looking for actual games with gay content. Because this game is decidedly *not* a gay game. I feel like futa/trans (although I do think those should be separate, and ideally male-on and on-male should be included) should cover it. But I do think this game could use a warning on the OP noting that there is unavoidable (but skippable) futa-on-male, and completely unavoidable and unskippable futa-on-female content in the game. At least that's my two cents on the matter.
