It doesn't really matter much. The original versions suggested that something was going to happen with the MC and his adoptive mom, and had a scene with him and his adoptive grandmother. That's it, but that's enough to require the tag. However, the game has devolved pretty sharply into a heavy futa-on-male focus instead, and IIRC, the dev has said that's their intention going forward.

However, like I said above, the dev is focused very heavily on futa-on-male, so the MC is going to take an awful lot of futa cock in his ass and throat. It is unlikely to be avoidable or skippable, since it's the point of the game now.

Edit to add: I haven't played in several updates, so it could very well have been added in now... But I'm fairly certain the only people this game is going to appeal to are people who want a submissive male MC being railed by futas.
