I can enter the site without problem from my phone and laptop but for some reason when I try doing it with my desktop computer the "err connection refused" error appears both in Chrome and Mozilla.

Any idea why?

I would say first clear cache, it is an option in the clear browser history section, that solves a lot of weird issues that you would never think that is would. Second I would try a proxy or vpn as it might be an issue you your connection getting block somehow.

If you're on the same network on all of the devices than it's probably the browsers.

If it's not your browsers (try downloading another one or open a new tab in Privacy mode). Then it's probably to do with your IP and/or your Gateway. Try connecting via VPN. You want a VPN account.

Clear DNS cache on your system. "ipconfig /flushdns"
Load up and run malewarebytes or a product like it.

I'd suggest you first try it with Tor Browser.And if you manage to enter, then look for the problem in a particular browser.

TOR is slow as a motherfucker and more difficult to download from, though...

I don't know about you, but in Russia it downloads fast and works fast too. But I offered to download it only to check what exactly doesn't work.
