No, the other games are much smaller in terms of content and story. This game is part of a trilogy that includes Lust Epidemic, Treasure of Nadia and Order Genesis (in that order).

Lust Epidemic isn't bad, but it's a lot older than Treasure of Nadia, so I'd advise you to play the games in the order I've given.

Order Gensis is a little less good than ToN, but if you want quality animation, and above all the end of the story, I'd also recommend it (with the incest patch if possible).

Great game. But the same old shit where there's a mom and sis banging the son/brother but they won't touch each other, in this case they do but the dev won't render an actual scene
