So your bed can hold two companions, each bed can hold two companions, and each bedroom can hold two beds. I do not know if there's a limit to how many bedrooms you can build, but i'm up to five. You can also gain additional houses by kidnapping, killing, or adopting all of the people living there. You can also have at least four in the living room (most I've ever had before I started building bedrooms). So at least people in your house, plus additional houses (which is why I like the photographer job, makes it easier to find houses with only people I want as companions anyways).
As far as what to do with male companions? The game will never require you to take a male companion if you are playing a male character. You do have the option of taking a male companion for The Prince Part 2, but you can turn that down if training a sissy isn't your thing. So the only way you could wind up with another male in your house is if they were a son born to one of your companions. In which case... build a nursery and assign one of your harem to be an au pair. Your au pair will handle all childcare tasks. They won't take up any extra space in your house.
The game is still in development, there are definitely some shortcomings. If you know of a more mature simulator along these lines I'd love to check it out.
Eh, it's fetish content. Probably a typo on their part at one point and they just didn't see a reason to fix it.
Frankly, they probably should have just made a singular school uniform clothing and you buy it for whichever size your companion wears.
and I also thought about it for a while. However, if this is what the sellers are doing, then I suspect that the store is somehow involved in adult business. And if the author of the game is doing this as part of fan service, then *with a twist of the lips* well, even though it is an "imbalanced item."
on the other hand - it's a game with elements of hentai (and hentai sometimes has little to do with reality - the same tentacles. for example, I stretched a girl's urethra in 1 hour, which seems unreal to me)

one day you go to woods to search for the girls (and abduct them to add them to your harem)
well i searched woods but unsuccessful for some reason. i found old church ruins but i nowhere found the Cabin (where girls can be found, i think so)
maybe i overlooked something?
