In the US, seafood isn't a thing on pizza (except anchovies, which are nasty.) Pepperoni is a standard topping that has always been available.

We usually have squid, tuna & shrimp as the seafood topping. All the meaty ones will cost extra. The cheapest option is Margarita with only cheese & tomato sauce

I went to a pizza restaurant before in which they basically make sampler pizzas... like they had like 100 different pizzas with like 50 different potential toppings

Honestly, Pineapple Pizza is barely even that interesting
I'm at the point in which I wish people would just shut up about it... Like seriously... NO ONE CARES, eat whatever you want.

Also, yea I think its a perfectly fine choice, I don't mind a nice "Hawaiian" pizza, I also love Anchovies
