Pineapple on pizza is pretty fire. I like other toppings, but the sweetness mixed with the saltiness makes it worthwhile. I do understand why ppl dont like it tho. It's not everyone's cup of tea

I believe pizzas have the right to be topped by whatever they wish, even pineapple.

I think it depends on how the pineapple is finished. When it has the nice grill marks on it and is warm, it can be great!

Although I think it needs to be on a specialty pizza that it should be put on. It can have some bad combos!

Deadpool got me to try Black Olive and Pineapple, and while its not my Favorite topping I really enjoy it.

It taste fine, like a pizza. Not my number one choice but not the worst thing I ever have. Like I would it eat if someone pay for it, but I'm not wasting my money eating them again.

1) Fresh pineapple
2) Thin-sliced rings, not block wedges
3) Squeeze/press out the juice so it doesn't soak into the dough
3a) drink that juice mfer
4) Pair it with really spicy: jalapenos, habaneros, chorizo, shrooms and veg
5) Hot-and-sweet is a banger combo

Hated pineapple on pizza for decades. Even openly mocked it. But I tried it again recently on a pizza loaded with meats and it really complemented the saltiness.

I don't necessarily seek it out now, but if someone wants it on a pizza for the group, I won''t balk.
