Depends on how it is used. Boobjobs are just as meh as handjobs for me but they are often the focus of works that feature suck body types. Worse yet is that a decent chunk of these works also make the characters have pretty small asses compared to the tits wich gives a kind of a "weird body proportion" vibe to them. But handled well it can be hot, like how the character navigates their life with their lewd liability of a bodypart and the shenanigans it can put them in

Thematically correct size is best.

I don't want petites all with outsized melons bigger than their heads (maybe one out of several to provide some variation). If a story demands or explains the reason for everyone being so well endowed (magic island, alien tit-ray, etc), then maybe.

If the game/video/pictures are appropriately tagged, and fit into a body modification category, then each to their own.
