discussion theme update

Theme is overall pretty solid.

1. Notification animation was mentioned already. A toggle to switch it off is needed. The other option is to keep it like the old/current theme.
2. The editor looked better with less color. The colors are completely unrelated to the functions and make no sense for me.
But this is personal preference and if more users like it that way, than that's what it is.
