You downloaded the file from another site (F95) where I publish Italian Translations, Walkthrough Mods, iPatches, and Cheats Mod (all public and free, of course).
You know my nickname perfectly well (as do everyone who downloads my files...), and they're ALL signed "D69."

you can buy it from the dev, he puts the free full version out for free after a set time + lets the "no nag patch" go for free too
he supports you so if you want the full game pay for it or wait until the full / free version is out

he offers the uncensored patch after a set time (i think @pixieblink is a great dev & doesn't fuck anyone)
they are always honest & straight up about things.

its better than a random number gen that tags every download so he can track & send a "cease & desist order" out to those who leak the game too soon.

i'm ok with waiting, its way better than never giving anything for free.

No he does not you have to be a supporter to see that patch.

Otherwise you have to wait till it's shared by a supporter or the developer.
