yeah I think the age-up (the usual making them a foot taller and putting tits on them) was an attempt to kiss Patreons' ass and they ended up banning him anyway for the incest (apparently even the potential for it is no longer allowed, and even 3rd party patches can get it banned), so should have just lewded her as a loli. That or it was his version of a compromise due to living in one of the shit hole totalitarian cuntries where cartoons and real C P have no legal difference (not the first "loli" AVN dev to do so). Of course there's no loli tag and I don't think there ever was one so there's that as well.

Yeah I don't get that either. At least with your own site it's far cheaper than giving some other platform a 5-30% cut but the main thing is you can make whatever the fuck you want. Even if it were so risque it was not allowed here (ie photorealistic AI lolis getting raped and slaughtered by some psychopath MC) you can still shout it out on LC's other site lewdcornerP5. I guess most devs think more exposure = more money, but that's not really the case when it's getting to be common knowledge that Patreon AVNs just downright suck most of the time due to their restrictions to the point they are not even worth downloading, let alone giving money to. And if they don't suck they know they'll still just be wasting their money because they know it will just be banned later before it's finished.

It is true though. Time will tell. No actual update in 18 months = abandoned. Hell people are still subbed to this other AVN I used to be subbed to (2 Sides Of Love I think it's called) after over 2 years of nothing but promises and supposed previews every few months (it takes like 30 minutes to make a render and pass it off as a preview) after it was marked abandoned on every AVN site it's on long before that.

The loli devs are mostly still on SS (which unlike Patreon gives less of a fuck as long as their PP's are happy, they don't go beyond that and ban everything while they stalk devs all over the internet and as long as the content they don't like or links to it are not on SS itself they don't seem to care, their asses are already legally covered with no links or discussion of it on their own site). Loli devs these days simply make a fake "front project" with a totally different dev name on SS or simply leave it blank with simply a message when tiers can go to a private Discord for encrypted .zip links to what they actually subbed for. As far as advertising that's what the public releases found here are for, though some no longer have a public version which will prob end up abandoned later, at least publicly (you want updates you pay for it, with those devs stating that if it's leaked they abandon it as they already have enough shit to deal with as far as circumventing censorship and monetization, so no one of their <500 subs leak it).

I knew Paetron didn't let you get away with a blank page, didn't think SS let you do it either. That's not a bad middle-ground, though a lot of devs can't even get SS to talk to them much less approve their account.

Blackheart no longer has much of anything on his SS page anymore other than when lower tiers get access to new updates to tell them to go to his private Discord for the links (where most all chat/discussion is now anyway) and they leave him alone. I'm sure his 8k subs prob has something to do with that. Ketzal simply replaced SSP with some vanilla AVN not much different than 5000 mediocre others other than incest that might get a small annual update to keep up appearances but he knows what people are really subbing for (SSP and EGBE, which will get updated every 1-3 months) and his setup is similar, private Discord for the links to those. Hell even just a copy/pasted cat video every week probably would have sufficed.

Yea, that's basically the type of thing I was talking about (though you're still probably paying SS too much of a cut for things that you could just do yourself)
and discord will need to be replaced in that process sooner rather than later, as 1) it is a monitored service and 2)they are going public as a company so the BS with them is about to go up.

Everything Gets Boring Eventually (only a demo to subs atm) and the other one keeps changing names (formerly Tomorrow's Promises aka Toilet Paper) but for now it's called So Much To Learn.
