That is hard to explain without a spoiler, because she looks like a loli at the beginning. But not later. She decided to stop aging for a while. It is about magic. But she is no loli but a young adult and changes into her true age when the story develops. I am unsure if that might have been necessary for Patreon and not planned at the start to do or if it was intentional.
It is pretty hard to tell if it needs a loli tag or not. It depends on definition. It is not a clear situation.
