As title, I'm looking for text-based game recommendations. They do not have to be text only, the game having images is fine, but the description of events, sexual or not, should be mainly done via text. Some games of that type that I played an enjoyed are: Corruption of Champions (mainly the modded one), Trials in Tainted Space, Monster Girl Dreams, Lilith's Throne, Broken Dreams Correctional Center, My Very Own Lith, eraMegaten/ShinEraTensei, eraTohoTW.

Degrees of Lewdity is a good one, I don't know if you played that. The only problem is that there are so many different places, you can't actually memorize where things are. You can also add mods that add more images and gifs etc, or you can remove it so it becomes a completely text based game.

Oh man, that's a good list! Big fan of Fenoxo, RahiMew, and Lithier's works.

For free-roaming text-based games like TiTs, I'd recommend:

-Vrelnir's Degrees of Lewdity. DoL is a dark, open-world game about an orphan trying to survive in a twisted version of an English seaside town. As kryskyse already mentioned, it has a great modding community. Fair warning: the base game is mostly focused on non-con and player as sub.
-anarchothaumaturgist's Courses of Temptation. A free-roaming life-sim in the same style as DoL, but more light-hearted and set at a college. A bit grindy and bland at the start, but has great exhibitionist content later on.
-indivi's Lust Doll and Lust Doll Plus. Post-apocalyptic science-fantasy RPG with optional furry elements. Light-hearted in its handling of sexual themes, despite dark elements in the world and several slavery-related questlines. Some tonal dissonance, but in a compelling way. Lustdoll+ is a remake of the original Lustdoll with more content and changes to certain characters' storylines. Similar to Lilith's Throne, which the Lust Doll series pre-dates. The game can be a bit opaque and certain quests are rail-roady, but overall it's a lot of fun. Quite a lot of content, too.
- Nranchs' Rogschard. Free-roaming text-based fantasy RPG with light VN elements. Atypical choices of monster girls (lots of bug girls in particular, plus a possessed broom). Mechanically very similar to Lilith's Throne. Some avoidable dub-con/non-con after losing battles. Your mileage may vary, but I find the protagonist comes off as a bit of a sadsack, and like Lilith's Throne and Corrupted Kingdoms, some of the writing is too otaku-flavored for its own good. Still an interesting game worth checking out.

-Rax's Debasing Ground. A promising text-based RPG set in a dystopian cyberpunk city. Heavily reminiscent of Lilith's Throne, but focused on more extreme kinks. Still pretty early in development, but already has a decent amount of content.

-Grankor's Sunfish City. A text-based RPG built around the trait-swapping kink. Kinda reminiscent of B's Equivalent Exchange. Still quite early in development.
-DryadQuest Dev's DryadQuest RPG. A light-hearted, lewd RPG/adventure game with clever mechanics and memorable art. Some avoidable dub-con/non-con.
-GateKeeper's Inheritance. Text-based life sim about owning slave girls and healing their trauma from past owners. Avoidable dub-con/non-con.
-Alder's Fall of Eden. A classic furry fantasy RPG. If you're familiar with Fenoxo's blog, you've probably heard of FoE already. FoE is unfinished, but developed enough to be worth playing. Very similar to CoC and TiTs mechanically. I find most of the NPCs in FoE more likeable and better written than those in the original CoC.
-Wahn's Flexible Survival. Old school furry/monster girl post-apocalyptic RPG with a heavy focus on transformation content. Some dub-con/non-con after defeats. An oldie but a goodie.
-Xadera's Nimin. Another classic furry RPG with transformation content. One of the games that inspired CoC. A bit barebones by comparison, but still fun.

In terms of other types of lewd text-based games, I'd recommend:

-SamanthaSnow's Occupational Hazards. A classic furry SF game about a courier making deliveries. Choices matter. Flash-based. Some avoidable dub-con. Has nice lewd illustrations, but primarily text based.

-Mythos' Fool's Quest. Mostly light-hearted text-based adventure game about a fool corrupting a princess. Some dub-con and references to non-con. Last I checked, Fool's Quest was complete, and the dev is now working on a second game I haven't gottten around to playing yet, called the Fay Path.
-LorenIpsun's Hill House. The OG text-based transformation game. Explore a creepy mansion, get altered in different ways.
-Silver Bard's Nightgames. A very lewd, text-based, turn-based fighting game in a college setting. Surprisingly light-hearted, but not silly. Good sex combat.
-Strive4Power's Strive for Power and Strive for Power 2 (aka Strive; Conquest). Lewd slave-trading RPGs. Surprisingly wholesome. Some dub-con inherent in the premise; avoidable non-con. The lovey-dovey routes are best in my opinion.
-Sherlocho's Imperial (aka Fort Imperial). Furry fantasy guard life sim. Text-based. Some dub-con, avoidable non-con. Has a cute writing style.
-Majalis' Tales of Androgyny. Fantasy futas and androgynes. Some dub-con and corruption, but generally light-hearted. Text-based but with high-quality animated illustrations.

-FreeCitiesDev's Free Cities. A big text-based management sim and trainer game about running an arcology and trading slaves in a climate-ravaged post-industrial hellscape. The management aspects are superb and the world building is top notch, although the writing is a bit creepy and uncomfortably Randian/Bateman-esque. Kinda reminiscent of the old Selectacorp series, but with more accessible gameplay.
-darkofoc's Fort of Chains. A big text-based fantasy adventure game with slave-trading elements. Not primarily a slave training game despite the title. Rather, more about running a party of mercenaries and dispatching them on various lewd quests. Seems to be abandoned now, but has substantial content. The writing style reminds me a bit of XXXivilization.
-waferborn's Welcome to Puttsdale. Light-hearted text-based open-world adventure game focused on spanking. Some very mild dub-con related to spanking. I'd also recommend the dev's Xmas game, a collaboration with Fapfapfap. Check their itch page for details.
-NoodleJacuzzi's Anomaly Vault. A unique text-based game about lewd artifacts. Some dub-con relating to hypnosis, if I remember correctly. Contains some photos//illustrations, but is primarily text-based.
-KanashiiPanda's The Book of Lust. A lewd adventure in a furry college town. Mostly light-hearted, but some heavier themes. Some dub-con. Mostly text-based, but has high-quality illustrations for the sex scenes.
-CleoCraft's Villain. Old school adventure game with a gamut of rare fetishes and a strangely chipper, cartoonish tone. It's not for everyone, but I'm a big fan. Some dub-con, mostly related to transforming captives against their will.
-Dahakma's I Was Enslaved by an Evil Witch and Turned into Her Maid! Charming feminization game. Soft/affectionate femdom.
-Outsider Artisan's Succubus Stories. Cute, lewd open-world RPG about being a succubus. Generally light-hearted, but some dark undertones.
-DPMaker's Queen's Brothel. Surprisingly light-hearted and silly RPG about operating a brothel in a fantasy world. All consensual.
-CarolineTheWoof's Linda Wright: Warrior of the North Wood. A fantasy furry RPG with VN elements. Some dub-con/non-con after losing battles, but still light-hearted somehow. Good character art. It's cute. A bit short, but still worth a look.
-Meandraco's Teraurge. The OG hard xenophilic RPG. Generally light-hearted, but some dark themes. Perpetually unfinished.
-LapisAzurai/BlueWind's games. Well written text-based games with female protagonists and bdsm content. It's been a while since I played them, but I remember them being good.
-Pixeltrickery's A House of Many Doors. This one is an odd pick. Is it lewd? Not exactly, though there is romance. Is it light-hearted? Kind of--some themes/stories are quite silly, others haunting. The gameplay is mechanically similar to Sunless Sea. Mildly NSFW, but not lewd.
-Chandler Groover's Midnight Swordfight. Another odd pick. High-quality interactive fiction with some adult themes. Mildly NSFW, but not lewd.
-dextersinister's Escape the Citizen Factory. A lewd, text-based adventure game about freedom-fighters escaping a dystopian facility that transforms people into different types of sex dolls. (Kind of similar to GlossandGlamour's Lost in Laminate, another classic). Also, one of your comrades is secretly a traitor working for the enemy. Despite the premise, this is a silly, light-hearted game. Some dub-con is inherent in the setting. All the dev's games are quirky and interesting. I'd also highly recommend Boobjitsu Matriarch and The Pixiespawn Festival.
-Gardamuse's Cowgirl Dairy Farm. A text-based management game about running a human dairy farm. Kind of reminiscent of the lactation content in Free Cities, but with a much lighter, sillier tone. Features some dub-con relating to hypnosis.
-Various games focused on magical corruption/transformation themes, that feature both text and either real porn images or CGs. Some highlights: Sunfall's Friends of Mine, Stone Flower's Routes of Life, January Night's Enchanted, Westane's The Company, daviezwei's Fanucci's Amazing Pizza!, G28Here's College Daze: Follow the Lights, midsan's Underneath the Labyrinth, cmacleod42's A Spell for All, and especially sanjafeth's Psychic Private Eye.
-Various "Girl Life"-style games that feature both text and real porn images. MilkyNail's Young Maria is a good example.

For text-based games with darker themes and more extreme/niche content, I have some recommendations in a thread in the members+ section.

In terms of resources for finding more stuff like this, I like the tfgames site, Fenoxo's forums, itch, and good ol' Newgrounds. The IFDB and IFwiki are also useful, but mostly cover vanilla text-based games and interactive fiction. Sadly, a lot of old IF blogs and sites are dormant these days. The uk textadventuregames site used to be useful, but de-indexed all adult games a few years ago, so they can only be found if you have the direct link already.

Lastly, a SFW recommendation:
aniwey's Candybox, and its sequel. Not what it seems at first. A bit grindy, but one of the most memorable text-based games I've played. If you like text-based RPGs, you'll probably get a kick out of it.

Ah ye, forgot to list that one. I also think there was a pretty big content expansion mod for it, but I haven't played it yet, the wiki for it seems pretty complete though.

Gatekeeper and his team has written a Inheritence with loads of content. Inheritance it is more feature complete than anything Fenoxo has ever touched, and the characters have way more depth, on account of there being fewer of them.

Elite games some of these and not cos the last text game i played was ai chatbot

Good recommendation. Gatekeeper's work is great!

Inheritance is a slow burn, but has depth and good writing. Of the different characters, I like Anna and her sister, but my favorites are the wild girl you encounter by the pond in the back of the manor and the girl you can rescue from a toxic relationship, after encountering her at the bar.

I also really enjoyed Gatekeeper's other big hit, The Allure of Wanton Cove, though more for the plot than the erotic elements. Wanton Cove is unironically one of the best "Lovecraftian horror" games I've played.

Have to disagree about the feature completeness of Inheritance, though. Last I played, the town outside the manor was still pretty bare-bones, other than the costume shop and the hidden mob boss plotline . Mechanically, it's more developed than something like CoC1, A Spell for All, Enchanted, or Lilith's Throne, but less developed than CoC2, TiTs, or DoL. I'd put the world design in the same category as Friends of Mine, where there's a pretty big town to explore, but a lot of the locations are still placeholders or tied to unfinished quests. It has been a few years since I last played though, so I'll have to check it out again and see what's new.

One other thought: the daily gameplay loop in the manor reminds me a bit of Tratritle: moving from room to room, hunting for events and gradually getting more of the characters' backstories. I'd argue it's mostly the good writng that sets Inheritance apart from similar games, not so much the gameplay systems, which can get a bit grindy and repetitive.

As for Gatekeeper's older works, there's a list here:

I remember Futa Apocalypse being okay. It's very porny and sub-focused, but worth a look if you're into that sort of thing.

A few other text-based games to add:

-Mord's The Last Hope. A post-apocalyptic survival/management game set in a wasteland overrun by futa "zombies". Has real porn images, but still mostly text-based. It's reminiscent of Gatekeeper's Futa Apocalypse in theme, but more fleshed out in terms of gameplay, with an open world and gear. The player can set up a base and recruit captured enemies, and there's a dominant path. The dev is now working on a second game called, predictably, Futaland, which is a visual novel.
Link:
-Icy Viridian's Wasteland Lewdness. Another text-based wasteland survival game. Has a nice variety of kinks, and some good companions, especially Charlotte and Robin.
Link:
-BawdyInkSlinger's Monster Girl Farmer. Despite the generic name, it's a witty and charming text-based game about a farmer romancing monster girls. Features an adorable wild dog girl who invites herself in and self-domesticates. Link:
(One of the devs previously completed a game called Academy of Fetishes, which was interesting and inventive but not as easy to recommend.)
