While there are many good options I would say Stationmaster, since in there you could replicate any other life in that setting after buying/conquering one or a few worlds (although not sure if you could replicate magic stuff with sci-fi tech to do stuff like in A house in the rift or Sorcerer, but worst case scenario there is perfected virtual reality there already so ...), also since you are inmortal ... well you COULD do them all.
