I'm a big fan of stylistic. Heavy realism gets a little uncanny for me.

Truthfully, I play either, but I have a preference for realistic graphics, especially when it comes to the body proportions of lolis. Too many games give them strange body proportions, so I prefer games where they are more down to earth.

Realistic can look really good, but I feel like its harder to nail. Stylistic can look great in an endless variety of styles and I like the way exaggerated expressions look (big ahegao fan, no surprise). I'm cool with either though.

Realistic... That just appeals to me more.
Although “Mist” was just fantastic.

realistic art but those 3d generated models looked horrible

Drawn needs to be stylized. 3D done well is amaaaaaazing when realistic and almost never good stylized.

I have seen people complain about some things that are way too realistic, but never had the pleasure to see some of that

Also not being able to distinguish realism from real seems off

I think my enjoyment is like a reverse bell curve of styalized to realistic. super styalized and super realistic is fun

I prefer both for different moods. If I really want to get an immersive nut off then realistic. If I wanna have a little fun I like to go with stylized art because it leaves much more room for expression
