Be aware, that this isn't really an incest game so far. The MC and the "sister" just met and immidiatly start fucking. The father of the girl and the mother of the MC are also jsut dating, so even step family doesn't fit. But the dev seems to be thinking about making the mother a LI after people asking about it. But for now, IMO, this is not an incest game and doesn't make much sense.

Inb4 dev adds NTR because they couldn't milk it.

There are a limited number of pre-made assets out there that Devs can purchase and use in their VNs. It's not like there are only a half dozen, but there are some that are more popular. I've seen two or three different apartments show up in multiple VNs each. Designing them takes time and, while sometimes they do their own customs or commission someone to do a custom (Halfway House is having a particularly long delay in part due to a custom waterpark/themepark being designed), most Devs find it more time and cost efficient to get something "off the shelf".
