I don't care about it since they started with the "tech update" 2 (?) years ago. Killed the game for me personally.

It's not like there was next to no content prior to that. Back then they also said they wouldn't release any new update until tech update was finished, so there was no reason to complain in the first place. Doing this will kind of rejuvenate/remaster the game and make it easier to update new content (as long as the drawing follows). There are tons of other games to play anyway, so why not take a break from it and put SS in the back of your mind until it comes back ?

I feel like sometimes people complain just for the sake of complaining, even when you tell them how things are gonna be beforehand (not talking about the quoted user specifically).

I personally loved SS and I'd started playing it when it had only a few updates, and I feel like it came so far until today. It's a blessing for the industry and the game is a benchmark for the 2D/2dcg genre.

Sanbox game with a low grind level but it is there. Does cover a lot of kinks and has some fun scenes but very cartoony if that matters to you.

In the beginning, the game was promising..... But then it had too many cows (in every sense of the word) and one bull breeder. Stupid and not funny at all. Haven't revisited it since late 2019 and no desire to return.

I don't know about now, but it used to have built-in cheats. Of course, in 4.5 years the developers may have changed everything, but the last time I went through this game, the cheats worked.

Something had to be clicked on in the MC room. I don't remember what - I don't remember, it's been four and a half years. A clock? A computer? Some object on the wall directly across from you..... No, I can't remember. But at least you have a clue.
After that, the cheat menu would pop up. Maximum money, physical MC stats, you could skip some (not all!) mini-games.

As someone who left around the same time and then tried it again a couple years ago, it's made no real progress. There have been some minor advancements in a couple quests, and the blue haired chick who hangs out with the rappers in the park has been made into a trap. But given the roughly 3 years between when I stopped playing and when I tried it again that's not nearly enough. Maybe it'll be worth trying again in 2050.
